BRACELETS: Our bracelets are available in one size with 18 links to fit the widest range of wrists. You can simply add or remove links once you receive the bracelet to adjust the length and ensure a perfect fit for your wrist.

Example:

wrist size: 15cm / number of charms: 17

wrist size: 17cm / number of charms: 19

wrist size: 20cm / number of charms: 22

One link = one charm

Shipping and Delivery:

All orders are shipped from our workshop in France within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

We use La Poste and Mondial Relay for shipments within France, which allows for deliveries between 2 and 5 days.

For European and International deliveries, we use tracked letters, which allows for delivery between 6 and 15 days depending on the destination. We ship worldwide except the United States.

Returns:

At CHILI CHARMS, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, sometimes things don't go as planned. If you encounter a problem with the item received, please inform us at contact@chilicharms.fr. We will do everything possible to remedy the situation and satisfy you.

Retour et remboursement demandés. Près d’une semaine d’attente, sans aucune avancée tant que je ne faisais pas de relances répétées. J’ai eu l’impression de ne pas être prise au sérieux et d’avoir dû insister pour que ma demande soit enfin traitée. Le service client mérite clairement d’être amélioré.

Yes, our bracelets and charms are made of stainless steel. They are water-resistant, including seawater.
